Frank de Rooij (1957) is inspirator, trainer and coach for CEO’s and top managers when you talk about Leadership, Company Culture and Top Sales.
He was born in a family of entrepreneurs and was the youngest of four children. His parents owned a large shoe factory in the South of The Netherlands, Europe. Frank is married since 1978 to Joan and they have together two daughters and two sons.

After graduating with a degree in Commercial Economics from the HEAO in Eindhoven (The Netherlands), he decided to start his career in shoe business. During 12 years he worked together with shoe factories in Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria and Egypt. He developed new models and assortments and opened the European market for them at leading chain stores and wholesalers.

In 1995, when the mobile phone started as an emerging business, Frank decided to switch over. For 5 years he worked for a company of accessories for mobile phones at Singapore and conquered the European market for them at leading companies such as Nokia, Ericsson, Sony and Philips.

At the year 2000 he preferred to use all his knowledge and experiences from his former life as a trainer and was educated and graduated at one of the best training organizations of The Netherlands. After a few years he became responsible for the education of new trainers.

In 2004 Frank decided to establish his own training companies, Aimotion and Oocker, to specialize himself furthermore in Leadership, Company Culture and Top Sales. He now works together with 5 excellent trainers and inspires many CEO’s and top managers of leading companies in Europe.
